Caregiver Part Time Sunday & Monday 6am-2pm

Requirements
- A genuine passion for serving seniors and enhancing their quality of life.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for residents and teammates.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (required).
- Clean motor vehicle record.
- Must meet all applicable state and community employment requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Respond promptly to resident requests and provide individualized support based on each resident's needs.
- Assist residents during meals while following dietary restrictions, food allergies, and personal preferences.
- Promote residents' comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.
- Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.
- Driving residents to Church, medical appointments, etc.
