About The Position
Experienced Caregivers with a commitment to providing a higher standard of care are needed for Home Care! Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend shifts are available, ranging from 4-hour up to 12-hour shifts. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum two (2) years of documented health care experience
- Licensed driver with valid insurance and reliable automobile
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including but not limited to: Providing care according to the patient's plan of care, assistance with daily tasks, feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and possibly provide transportation to doctor appointments.
