About The Position

Assisting Hands Home Care provides personalized in-home support to elderly people, people with disabilities, and others who need assistance maintaining their quality of life. Caregivers support clients in remaining in their own homes while respecting their choices, dignity, and independence. This part-time position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The role provides personal care, companionship, assistance with daily activities, transportation, and hospice support.

Requirements

At least 9 months of professional caregiving experience.
Compassionate and respectful attitude toward elderly people and people with disabilities.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes.
Assist clients with daily living activities, including light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Support clients with morning and evening routines while ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Provide transportation assistance for appointments or errands.
Provide hospice support and participate in activities that enrich clients' lives.
