Requirements

A caring and compassionate attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
TB test (support provided).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is valued, but not required — we provide training.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility).
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Offer medication reminders.
Help with light housekeeping, errands, and meal preparation.
Follow individualized care plans and document care accurately.
Maintain open communication with clients, families, and the office.
