About The Position

Sevita is hiring a Caregiver to support people with developmental goals and complex needs. The role involves assisting individuals with personal hygiene, supporting people who may have behavioral challenges, and helping participants grow, learn, and live well. Caregivers build meaningful relationships, encourage community participation, and help individuals enjoy their favorite activities. The position includes supporting goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Sevita describes the work as part of a supportive team, with supervisors who care about participants and employee wellbeing. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules are available. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license.
Access to a registered vehicle and proof of insurance.
Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
