Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate and respectful care to clients in their homes
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), as appropriate
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
- Assisting with meal preparation
- Providing medication reminders as directed
- Assisting with mobility and transfers as appropriate
- Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or other activities when required
- Supporting clients with dignity, patience, and respect
- Communicating important observations or changes to the appropriate team members
- Creating a warm, safe, and comfortable environment for every client
