Requirements

  • State Certified Caregiver
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be able to work the night shift.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to provide proof of vaccination or a valid medical exemption.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification
  • Medication Technician (QMAP) certification
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Provide care to residents.
