About The Position
Our House Assisted Living is seeking a Full-Time Night-Shift Caregiver to join their dedicated team. This role is for individuals who are compassionate and dependable, enjoy making a difference while others sleep, and have a heart for serving seniors and providing exceptional care.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
Nice To Haves
- CNA certification preferred
- Previous caregiving or assisted living experience is a plus
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining attentive to resident needs
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure their safety and comfort
- Answer call lights promptly and assist with resident needs
- Complete accurate documentation
- Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned
- Work closely with the nursing team to ensure quality care
- Help create a peaceful, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.
