About The Position

Clarendale of Mokena, managed by LCS, offers Extraordinary Impressions and a work-life balance that’s truly rewarding. Our creative, energetic and friendly team is passionate about working with seniors and their families. We are seeking an experienced & hospitality focused QLS/Caregiver. Responsible for various resident care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents. Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy. Shifts needed days/nights - 7:00 am-7:30pm and 7:00 pm-7:30 am. In addition to providing extraordinary care, we have exciting programs and fun activities for not only our residents, but our amazing staff as well. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Every other Weekend Availability Required
Alternating holidays

Responsibilities

Assist all residents with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
Make all beds as needed, complete resident's laundry as assigned, assist residents with meal time.
Provide activities as planned/directed.
Document resident status per policy.
Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.
Provide emergency care within scope of practice.
Utilize special program components offered by the community.
Provide services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of residents.
Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care.
Be familiar with and follow community policies.
