About The Position
Brickmont at Johns Creek, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is hiring Personal Services Assistants (PSAs / Caregivers) to provide hands-on care and support to our senior residents. If you’re compassionate, dependable, and looking for meaningful work in senior living, we’d love to meet you.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Nice To Haves
- Caregiver, CNA, or senior living experience preferred (training provided)
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support meals, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Document care accurately and timely
- Follow safety and infection control guidelines
- Communicate compassionately with residents, families, and team members
