About The Position
Join our team as a Caregiver and provide meaningful one-on-one care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. This role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and building positive relationships with clients and families.
Requirements
- Valid California driver’s license and current auto insurance – driving may be necessary in this role
- Experience working with older adults and/or physically disabled individuals
- Professional caregiver experience, nursing student clinical experience, or active CNA certification required
- BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
Nice To Haves
- Active HCA registration (Home Care Aide)
- 6 months professional caregiving experience
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, incontinence care, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide meal preparation, medication reminders, shopping, laundry, and light housekeeping
- Support daily activities and exercises as directed by the Plan of Care
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Build positive relationships with clients and families while delivering exceptional care
