Heritage Home Healthcare is a home health agency hiring caring and dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide personal care services to clients in their homes throughout the Las Vegas, New Mexico area. Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Comfortable driving to clients' homes and transporting clients when required
• Background check
• Fingerprinting
• Pre-employment drug screening
• TB screening
• CPR certification/training
• Required onboarding and training
• Caring and patient
• Dependable and responsible
• Observant and attentive to clients' needs
• Able to work independently
• Good communicators
• Reliable and willing to accept available assignments
• Patient, empathetic, and committed to quality care

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Providing supervision, companionship, and emotional support
• Helping with daily routines and activities
• Following the client's care plan and delegated care instructions
• Providing medication assistance as delegated and permitted
• Providing mobility assistance when needed
• Providing light housekeeping assistance
• Keeping the client's environment safe and clean
• Escorting or transporting clients to appointments or errands when required
• Reporting changes or concerns to our care team
