About The Position

Heritage Home Healthcare is a home health agency hiring multiple caring and dependable Caregivers / Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) to provide personal care services to clients in their homes throughout the Las Cruces area. We are continuously hiring caregivers for a variety of client assignments. Opportunities may include weekday, weekend, and flexible PRN schedules, depending on current client needs. Weekend availability is especially needed at this time. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work with paid training, flexible opportunities, and ways to pick up additional hours, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Current auto insurance
• Comfortable driving to clients' homes throughout Las Cruces and surrounding areas and transporting clients when required.
• Background check

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
• Helping with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
• Providing supervision, companionship, and emotional support
• Helping with daily routines and activities
• Following the client's individualized care plan
• Providing medication assistance as delegated and permitted
• Providing mobility assistance, including transfers and positioning when needed
• Assisting with meal preparation
• Providing light housekeeping assistance
• Keeping the client's environment safe and clean
• Escorting or transporting clients to appointments or errands when required
• Observing and reporting changes or concerns to our care team
