Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant (PCA) -Multiple Openings
About The Position
Heritage Home Healthcare is hiring caregivers to support clients in Albuquerque and surrounding communities, helping them remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, with opportunities for fewer than 30 hours per week as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) or a more consistent schedule of 30 or more hours per week as a Senior Caregiver. PCA pay is $12.36 per hour, and Senior Caregiver pay is $14.50 per hour. The company offers weekly pay, paid orientation and training, potential career growth to Senior Caregiver, and opportunities to work with clients in local communities. Caregivers provide support with daily living activities, personal care, meals, light housekeeping, mobility, routines, companionship, and emotional support. They communicate client needs and concerns to appropriate team members and work independently in clients’ homes while providing respectful, quality care.

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

- Communicate client needs and concerns to appropriate team members.
