Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant (PCA) -Multiple Openings
About The Position
Heritage Home Healthcare is hiring caregivers throughout Albuquerque and surrounding communities to help clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their own homes. Caregivers provide essential support with daily living activities and work independently in clients’ homes. Flexible scheduling and opportunities close to home are offered. The posting describes a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) opportunity for caregivers seeking fewer than 30 hours per week at $12.36 per hour, and a Senior Caregiver opportunity for caregivers able to consistently work 30 or more hours per week at $14.50 per hour. Career growth opportunities may include becoming a Senior Caregiver.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and daily routines.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence.
- Communicate client needs and concerns to appropriate team members.
