Experienced Caregiver / Personal Care Attendant (PCA)

We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers who want to work for a company that values communication, professionalism, and genuine support for both clients and staff. Our schedulers are available 24/7, so caregivers are never left without support when they need help in the field. We are currently hiring caregivers throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Las Vegas, Summerlin, Henderson, and Boulder City. This position is ideal for caregivers who value flexibility, meaningful one-on-one care, and a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Reliable transportation to assigned shifts
- Professional caregiving experience strongly preferred
- PCA Certificate
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- 2-Step TB Test or Chest X-Ray
- Physical Examination
- Fingerprint Clearance / Background Check
- Valid ID / Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Auto Insurance & 3-Year Driving History (for drivers)

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping
- Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and comfort in their homes
- Transport clients to appointments or errands when needed (for approved drivers)
- Complete caregiver notes and clock in/out using our caregiver app
- Maintain professional communication with families, office staff, and other caregivers
- Keep certifications and required documentation current
