Requirements
- Punctual attendance and a firm commitment to your scheduled shifts.
- Proactive, honest updates regarding client updates or personal schedule needs.
- Respect for client privacy, dignity, personal property, and home boundaries.
- Protect the client’s: Dignity, Privacy, Safety, Independence, Choices, Quality of Life.
Responsibilities
- Deliver non-medical personal care and daily living assistance aligned strictly with the authorized care plan.
- Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and social engagement.
- Assist with light housekeeping, safe mobility, and nutritious meal preparation.
- Maintain timely and accurate shift logs and promptly report client status changes to the management team.
