- Professional Standards: Respect for client privacy, dignity, personal property, and home boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Deliver non-medical personal care and daily living assistance aligned strictly with the authorized care plan.
- Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and social engagement.
- Assist with light housekeeping, safe mobility, and nutritious meal preparation.
- Maintain timely and accurate shift logs and promptly report client status changes to the management team.
- Protect the client’s dignity, privacy, safety, independence, choices, and quality of life.
