Experienced Caregiver | Up to $1,300 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
Elara Caring is hiring a Caregiver Personal Care Aide to support clients in their homes. The role focuses on improving clients’ quality of life by providing comfort, dignity, personal care, practical assistance, companionship, and emotional support. The position offers hourly pay of up to $19.00–$21.50 and an available sign-on bonus of up to $1,300. Daily pay is available, and schedules and weekly hours can grow based on availability. Elara Caring also highlights paid training, career advancement opportunities, and a supportive team environment. The position requires at least six months of personal or professional caregiving experience and Hoyer Lift experience. The caregiver must be able to provide hands-on personal care, have reliable personal transportation to clients’ homes, and be able to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- At least six months of personal or professional caregiving experience.
- Hoyer Lift experience.
- Ability to provide full hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to client homes.
- Ability to lift, stand, bend, and assist clients as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients’ quality of life.
- Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when applicable.
- Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
