About The Position

Provide personal care to individuals in their homes, helping clients maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Full-time, part-time, and on-call positions are available on morning, evening, and awake overnight shifts. Every other weekend is required. The employer says candidates can start right away.

Requirements

• Caring attitude and desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility and transfers.

Nice To Haves

• At least six months of caregiving or personal care experience is preferred, but not required; training is provided to compassionate, reliable individuals who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, and mobility.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Administer medication.
• Provide companionship, conversation, and support.
• Transport clients to doctor visits or community activities using a company vehicle.
• Support clients’ independence and personal goals.
• Report changes in client condition to the RN team.
