About The Position

Executive Home Care of Southeast New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time LNA/PCA Caregiver to provide personalized, high-quality in-home care to clients in Hampstead, New Hampshire. The role supports clients’ independence and quality of life by assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, household tasks, and companionship. Caregivers work independently in clients’ homes and are supported by the company’s management team.

Requirements

Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a clinical caregiving setting.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment.
Must pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements.

Nice To Haves

Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) certification is preferred.
Dementia Training Certification.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support.
Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence.
Monitor and document clients’ health status, reporting changes to supervisors or care coordinators.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed, following dietary guidelines.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
