About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is growing its care team in Las Vegas and is looking for compassionate individuals to join as Personal Care Attendants (PCAs). This role offers flexible shifts, ranging from 2 to 12 hours, and provides full training, meaning no prior caregiving experience is required. The position is ideal for those who have experience caring for family members or enjoy helping others. BAYADA has been providing a range of in-home care services since 1975 and employs over 23,000 professionals across more than 20 states.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of verifiable work experience (any field)
• Must be able to work flexible shifts (2-12 hours)

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Help with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)
• Support mobility (transfers, walking, range of motion exercises)
• Assist with meals and feeding
• Light housekeeping (laundry, meal prep, bed making)
• Monitor basic vital signs
• Medication assistance as directed
