About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of Line Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in Milford, MI. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need - strive to offer the right care customized to each individual all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities and specific needs - YOU'RE THE ONE we're looking for!! This role requires willingness to travel to Farmington Hills for split custody cases and to work 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to work responsibly and independently in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Ability to pass a drug screen (Including THC)
• Clear background check

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to clients.
• Service clients for Private Duty In-Home Care.
• Offer customized care honoring patient preferences, choices, abilities, and specific needs.
• Travel to Farmington Hills for split custody cases.
• Work 12-hour shifts.
