About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for 1st and 3rd shift positions, including weekend work, in Kalamazoo, MI, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on providing personalized, hands-on care to one client at a time, emphasizing connection and quality care over rushed interactions. Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, providing companionship and support, and helping clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
• Willingness to assist with personal care and household tasks
