About The Position

We are hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers and CNAs to support seniors and individuals in their homes throughout the Wichita metro area. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background screenings
• Prior caregiving, home care, healthcare, or CNA experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Support safe mobility and transfers
• Run errands and grocery shopping for clients
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans to support client independence and safety
