About The Position

We are hiring compassionate Caregivers and Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to support seniors and individuals with physical disabilities in their homes throughout the Greater Phoenix area. We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem caregivers to provide one-on-one care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Whether you are looking for steady full-time hours, flexible part-time work, or additional shifts around your current schedule, we offer a variety of opportunities throughout the Valley. Requirements

  • Active Arizona Direct Care Worker (DCW) certification required
  • Current CNA, LPN, LVN, or approved caregiver certification may be accepted in place of DCW
  • Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance required

Nice To Haves

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Negative TB test within the last 12 months preferred
  • Experience with personal care, transfers, and mobility assistance preferred
  • Hoyer lift experience preferred for some cases
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking caregivers strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
  • Support safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts when needed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
  • Support mobility assistance and other daily living activities
  • Follow individualized care plans and document services appropriately
