About The Position

We are currently hiring an experienced Caregiver, CNA, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Home Health Aide (HHA) for a part-time position supporting a client with dementia in a one-on-one home setting. Caring for someone with memory loss requires patience, skill, and a deep sense of compassion. At Caring Senior Service, we recognize the unique impact you have—not only on the client, but on their entire family. Our mission is to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and dignified at home. As a Caregiver, you’ll be supported by a team that understands the challenges and rewards of memory care and values the important work you do every day. Memory care is not the same as general caregiving—and neither is our approach. We prioritize consistency, thoughtful client matching, and strong communication so you can build trust and provide meaningful support.

Requirements

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA (memory care experience preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally aware approach
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Create a safe and structured environment
• Respond to memory-related behaviors with patience and understanding
• Support routines that promote comfort, familiarity, and dignity
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams
