About The Position

We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Care Manager to lead our caregivers, support clients and families, and ensure exceptional care is delivered every day. This is a leadership role — not just a scheduling position.
Requirements
- 2+ years leadership or management experience
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Problem-solver who takes ownership
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Valid driver’s license + insured vehicle
- Ability to pass background and registry checks
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or senior-care experience preferred, not required
- English/Spanish bilingual a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the Care Team: Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain caregivers; Set clear expectations and promote accountability; Build a positive, supportive team culture
- Manage Client Care: Support new client onboarding; Communicate with clients and families; Address concerns quickly and professionally; Help ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Own Scheduling: Manage caregiver schedules and coverage; Handle call-offs and last-minute changes; Match caregivers to clients based on needs and compatibility
- Lead From the Front: Step in with companionship or ADL support when needed; Do whatever it takes to help ensure uninterrupted care
