Caregiver Lead
About The Position
We are hiring a Caregiver Lead to support and guide our caregiving team while helping ensure high-quality care for our clients. At Caring Senior Service, our Caregiver Leads use their experience to support and mentor caregivers while continuing to provide meaningful care to our clients. Requirements
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA with 1 year experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Preparing light meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Ensuring client safety, comfort, and dignity
- Building positive, supportive relationships with clients
