About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, assisting with daily activities. We are looking for individuals who are #DifferenceMakers and want to feel great about their job every day. Our services include personal care and homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, respite care, and more, all aimed at helping people stay at home with dignity, privacy, and independence.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check
• Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Talk and listen
• Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
• Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
• Ability to type on a computer keyboard
