About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, assisting with daily activities. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, want to make a difference, and feel great about their work.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided
- Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver's license
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms
- Ability to talk and listen
- Possess close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision
- Ability to lift and/or move heavy objects up to 50 pounds with or without assistance
- Ability to type on a computer keyboard
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation
- Perform housekeeping duties
- Provide companionship
- Assist with personal hygiene care
- Provide transportation assistance
- Perform other light duties as assigned
