About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities to promote their dignity, privacy, and independence. Requirements

Eighteen years of age or older.
Valid Driver’s License.
6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial).
CNA/HHA Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC).
Current CPR Certification.
Level 2 Background Check through AHCA.
TB Clearance Per State Regulations.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with daily activities such as housekeeping and meal preparation.
Providing companionship to clients.
Assisting with personal hygiene care.
Providing transportation assistance.
Performing other light duties as assigned.
