About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, assisting with daily activities. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, want to make a difference, and feel great about their work. Our services include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care, tailored to meet the needs of people of all ages and abilities.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; orientation and training provided
• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation
• Perform housekeeping duties
• Provide companionship
• Assist with personal hygiene care
• Provide transportation assistance
• Perform other light duties as assigned
