About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers/Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort, dignity, and independence. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to making a difference and feel great about their work.
Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
Nice To Haves
- No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, housekeeping, companionship, personal hygiene care, and transportation assistance.
- Perform other light duties as assigned.
