About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes, assisting with daily activities. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, want to make a difference, and feel great about their work. Bilingual caregivers are encouraged to apply. Our services include personal care and homemaking, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, respite care, and more, all aimed at helping clients stay at home with dignity, privacy, and independence.
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided.
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check

Responsibilities
