About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care. This is a flexible healthcare job with weekly pay and paid training. The caregiver is a crucial position for those who rely on others for basic daily care, such as bathing, eating, and personal hygiene. No experience is required as paid training is provided. Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Ability to follow a care plan and work independently

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care services following a plan of care developed by a registered nurse, including:
• Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)
• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Range of motion exercises
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers (including mechanical lifts)
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
