About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare caregivers provide individualized care to clients in the comfort of their homes. The role supports clients’ dignity, privacy, and independence through help with daily activities and other assistance tailored to their needs. Morning and evening shifts are available. No prior experience is necessary; orientation and training are provided. The salary range is USD $11.00–$14.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Be capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
- Be accountable and reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Prepare meals.
- Perform housekeeping duties.
- Provide companionship.
- Assist with personal hygiene care.
- Provide transportation assistance.
- Perform other light duties as assigned.
