About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities to enhance their quality of life. We are looking for individuals who are difference-makers and want to feel fulfilled in their work. Our services cater to people of all ages with varying needs, including personal care, homemaking, nursing, dementia care, and respite care.

Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with meal preparation
