About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is hiring immediately for Caregivers! We are looking for compassionate individuals who want to make a difference and feel awesome about their job every day. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. We deliver quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, including personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.
Requirements
- 1 year of prior caregiver experience necessary.
- Eighteen years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
- Accountable, reliable, and able to work independently with good judgment.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities
- Assisting clients with daily activities such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship.
- Providing personal hygiene care.
- Assisting with transportation.
- Performing other light duties as assigned.
