About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care. This position is crucial for individuals who rely on others for basic daily care, such as bathing, eating, and personal hygiene. No experience is required as paid training is provided. BAYADA offers a flexible healthcare job with weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and paid training, supporting caregivers with ongoing education, high safety standards, and a supportive team culture. Full-time and part-time positions are available with short commute times to clients near your home.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Ability to follow a care plan and work independently

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or healthcare experience

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)
• Activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Range of motion exercises
• Assistance with ambulation and transfers (including mechanical lifts)
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and emotional support
