About The Position

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities to promote their dignity, privacy, and independence. We are looking for individuals who are Difference Makers and want to feel awesome about their job every day. Our services cater to people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, including those recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with chronic disabilities, or dealing with the natural process of aging. Services include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.

Requirements

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgment
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with meal preparation
• Assist clients with housekeeping
• Provide companionship to clients
• Assist clients with personal hygiene care
• Provide transportation assistance to clients
• Perform other light duties as assigned
