Caregiver/Home Care Aide
About The Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers/Home Care Aides. In this role, you will provide individualized care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily activities to enhance their dignity, privacy, and independence. The company focuses on delivering quality, compassionate care tailored to the needs of people of all ages and abilities, whether they are recovering from illness, living with a chronic disability, or aging. Services include personal care, homemaking, professional nursing, care management, Alzheimer's/dementia care, and respite care.
Requirements
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
