About The Position

Coast Care is hiring compassionate, reliable individuals to join their team and provide in-home care to older adults across San Diego County. This role offers paid training, support with state requirements, and a team committed to helping you grow from day one. The position is ideal for individuals new to caregiving or those with experience caring for a loved one or working privately. Coast Care provides hands-on, paid training, guidance through California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, direct support from a care manager and team mentor, and flexible schedules. The company serves clients throughout Greater San Diego.

Requirements

• Willingness to register as a California Home Care Aide (HCA).
• Negative TB test within the past 2 years (or willingness to complete one).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout San Diego County.
• Comfort using a smartphone for basic communication and care documentation.

• 6+ months of professional caregiving experience.
