About The Position

CareWorks Health Services is actively hiring Caregivers / Home Care Aides (HCA) for clients in Laguna Woods, Irvine, Lake Forest, and South Orange County.

💥 Interviews within 24–48 hours
💥 Flexible shifts – mornings, evenings, weekends
💥 Open to CNAs, HHAs, HCAs, and first-time caregivers

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass background check & drug screening
• TB test or chest X-ray (or willing to obtain)
• No experience? No problem — we’ll train you and help you become an HCA.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines
• Support mobility (transfers, walking assistance)
• Medication reminders
