Requirements

Compassionate and dedicated attitude.
Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client's home.
Help with all ADLs needed.
Valid Driver's License required for transportation assistance.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship to clients.
Prepare meals.
Perform light housekeeping.
Assist with changing diapers, bathing, dressing, grooming.
Provide transportation (Valid DL required).
Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and fellow employees.
