About The Position
Macas Homecare is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated aide/caregiver to provide assistance with daily living and personal care services in a client's home located in Norwalk, Fairfield County, CT. The schedule is 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) for 6.5 hours per day, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 AM. The caregiver will be responsible for providing care and assistance in accordance with the client's established care plan. This position is to start ASAP.
Requirements
- Must know how to drive.
- Must have a valid driver's license.

- BILINGUAL, able to speak both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and assistance in accordance with the client's established care plan.
- Assist with bathing and showering.
- Provide fall supervision.
- Prepare meals.
- Assist with grooming and dressing.
- Provide toileting assistance.
- Assist with ambulation (including walking).
- Provide medication reminders.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Accompany client to doctor appointments.
