About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking reliable individuals passionate about working with older adults and seniors. We are a family-owned, award-winning agency offering a supportive, appreciative, and respectful atmosphere. We focus on matching the right caregiver to the right client for the best possible outcome, aiming to help seniors age with dignity and comfort. We are looking for individuals who view caregiving as a meaningful and fulfilling role. We offer daytime shifts, with 12-hour availability being a significant plus. Our shifts range from 4 to 12 hours, and client locations are typically within a 30-minute radius.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Willingness to transport clients in your vehicle.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
• Commitment to availability for 3 designated, recurring availability blocks (3+ full days of availability required).
• Reliability is a must.
• Ready to work once hired.
• 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant. Private care or care for a loved one will also be considered.
• Ability to travel up to 30 minutes within the client service area.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Full access to internet, email, and mobile phone with the ability to use a phone app.
