About The Position
Valora St. Anthony, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA/CNA to join our growing team! Valora St. Anthony is located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Minneapolis and St. Paul. Our community is easily accessible via major roads, including Highway 38 (St. Anthony Blvd) and Highway 65, making us a convenient option for employees in St. Anthony, Columbia Heights, Northeast Minneapolis, Shoreview, and Roseville. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 73-unit assisted living and care suites. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Full-Time and Part-Time AMs (6am-2pm) HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Shift Differential: $1.00 PMs, $2.00 NOCs Are you compassionate towards others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
