Caregiver (HHA/CNA)- Full Time
About The Position
Brandywine Living at Mahwah by Monarch Communities is seeking compassionate and kind individuals to join their team as a Full Time Caregiver (HHA & CNA). This role involves providing warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. The ideal candidate will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), update personal Resident Care Plans based on observed changes, and encourage resident participation in community programs and activities. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year resident care experience required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Home Health Aid.
- Able to speak, read and write in English.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge and experience in working with the elderly population.
- Preferred dementia experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Update personal Resident Care Plans by observing changes in residents' day and personal care needs.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
