Requirements

A caring heart and genuine desire to make a difference
Patience and empathy in all interactions
Strong communication skills to connect with clients and families
Reliability and commitment to being there when needed
Physical stamina to provide active support throughout the day
CPR and first aid knowledge
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required – we provide training)
Spanish language skills (preferred)
